With over 25 years of hands-on experience, I’ve seen how everyday habits, especially the office lifestyle, can effect a rider’s body, sometimes even more severely than a bad fall from a horse.
My training began in the United Kingdom and continued in Europe and the United States, where I qualified as:

- A Human Sports Massage & Soft-Tissue Therapist
- An Equine Sports & Spinal Therapist
- A BHS Level 3 Coach in Complete Horsemanship
I’ve lectured and performed dissection for the British Horse Society, and appeared on BBC TV discussing the rehabilitation of retired racehorses.
After my own significant riding injuries and decades of restriction and limitations. Today, I’m living proof that these methods can bring lasting change, and help both rider and horse.

I have an extremely busy life with very little time. How much time do I need to put aside for practice?
You don't have to put time aside. While going about your life, you can practice easily, with little to no extra time!
How often do I have to practice?
Sprinkle practice little and often throughout the day at a pace that suits you. The more practice you slide into your day, the faster changes will occur.
Will this work?
I can promise the content I teach in this course has worked for me as well as my clients. If you apply the teachings to your life, you should see a difference. You are in the driving seat of your progression.
I don't have a horse and ride infrequently. Will I benefit from this course?
