Habits the office lifestyle brings to the saddle

Your individual posture is highlighted in the saddle. Changes we may barely notice in our everyday life really show when we ride and play a large part in our individual riding habits and difficulties!

The good news is your posture isn’t set in stone! Your body is highly adaptable. The repetitive nature and positions of office work have caused your body to change.

But it can change back, and you can prevent this from happening again!
