Hi there, I’m Samantha


I am a restorative exercise specialist with 25 years of experience in human and equine therapy. A riding coach (30+ years), and rider, having extensive training in the UK, Europe, and the USA. 


I bring a three-dimensional perspective and I have got you, your riding and your horse covered! 


Ive also had many injuries (didn’t want to use my body as a case study but have!) and I really understand pain and its affects on you or your horse, both physically and mentally. I always strive to look at the root cause and make lasting changes.


Giving you lifelong skills for improved riding, horsemanship and enhanced movement habits both in and out of the saddle.
