Ride Better, Feel Better
(and your horse will thank you!)

⭐️This course is newly updated for 2024⭐️

Do you have any of these common riding issues?

  • Slouched Shoulders: Drawing you forward?
  • Inconsistent Posture: Can’t sit upright consistently, tip forward, sideways, or draw backwards?
  • Leg Problems: Gripping with your knees, legs draw upwards, lose your stirrups, legs flap on and off the horse, can’t control your lower legs, they glide backwards, or forward, toes turn out?
  • Balance Issues: Affecting your body control, rein contact, and weight distribution to the horse?
  • Body asymmetries: Forcing you into certain positions?
  • Unsteady Hands: Can’t keep them still, or carry them too high, low, wide, or one hand higher? Rounded wrists, open fingers, straight arms?
  • Chair Seat or Seat Issues: Slouching into a chair seat position, seat control and movement problems?
  • Looking Down: Constantly throwing you off balance?
  • Tension: Can’t seem to relax and brace your body through certain movements?
  • Struggle To Ride As One With Your Horse: And follow their movement. Your body won’t do what you want it to?

To get to the root cause of these problems

You need a good foundation. Restoring your alignment isn’t hard or time-consuming. You will wish you had done it sooner!

Wouldn’t you love to feel like this?

I've met many riders who feel this way and I’ve been there

It’s why I put together this course. It’s full of bite size, simple strategies that’ll make a big difference to your riding, and its progression. And it will help your body and your horse!

What exactly does alignment mean?

Everyone has a natural alignment, which is the position your parts need to be in to work together and correctly.

The way you do and don’t use your body daily can change this.

You know those stacked building blocks we aspire to have when riding?

Developing your alignment, your foundations gives you this: it becomes your norm in and out of the saddle.

And brings many benefits!

Why is alignment important for you and your horse?

The way you move every day shows up when you're in the saddle.

Restoring your alignment is like unlocking secrets about your body. It lets you feel what’s going on—how you stand, balance, and even those habits you don’t think about.

And guess what...

When you’re aligned, you’re not just easing the strain on your own body, you’re also helping your horse movement and posture!

Less pressure on your joints means fewer aches and pains, stiffness, and extra wear and tear. For you and your horse.

It also aids your overall health—the way your blood can flow, your bones strength, your breathing, digestion, and even your pelvic floor.

And as you tune into your own alignment, you’ll start noticing more about your horse’s needs and how they’re feeling.

Creating a clearer communication with your horse, so you’re not just working together; you’re moving as one.
